XKCZ1C系列切换电容器接触器（以下简称电容接触器）系列产品主要用于交流50Hz，额定绝缘电压为660V，在AC-6b使用类别下，额定工作电压为380V时额定通断电容电器容量至50kvar的自动功无功率补偿设备中，通断低压无功功能功率补偿用的电容器组，用于调整改善电力系统的功率因素COSφ值。接触器附有抑制涌流装置，能有效地减少合闸涌流对电容器组的冲击和降低操作过电压。
